This fly is tied on a Gamakatsu SL11 3H hook, which is both sharp and rediculously strong. The Strong Arm has been redesigned over the last 10 years. The claw is now placed up the bend of the hook, inverting it to ride point up even when using ultra-light weight lead eyes.
