Not everyone has long femurs so traditional bibs can be almost knee-length on some folks (including yours truly). A year of searching and testing led us to DR Pad of Italy. The pad is rated for 8 hours but our own testing by mountain bike pro Gordon Wadsworth showed it good for 9 1/2 hours (chamois comfort is subjective, though).
